Raina Hawthorne is also an authorized billing provider with the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), and Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) programs.

Please note:

  • Centered In Health cannot guarantee direct billing for any extended health plan.

  • Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and Physiotherapy Support for Breastfeeding are covered under Physiotherapy benefits. 

  • Check with your provider for details on your specific coverage and eligible amounts.

  • Some insurers require a physician's referral for coverage, please consult your plan provider for details.

  • Patient's are responsible to cover any portion of the costs of visits not covered by their plan. 

  • If you have a secondary plan, please bring your plan card/information to your appointment and we may be able to direct bill both plans on your behalf.
